As Programs Manager at Gawahi Community Development Trust. He is responsible for developing project proposals, program planning, and preparing reports, ensuring clear documentation and structured coordination of all activities. He also leads and supervises the implementation of development programs, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and deliver meaningful and sustainable impact in marginalised communities.

On Strategic Oversight: Arif plays a central role in aligning our grassroots initiatives with global humanitarian standards, ensuring that every proposal we submit is both visionary and operationally sound.

On Monitoring and Evaluation: He is dedicated to a data-driven approach, implementing rigorous monitoring frameworks to track project progress and measure the long-term success of our interventions.
