Through our WASH initiatives, Gawahi is bringing clean and safe drinking water to marginalized communities across Pakistan, especially in areas where water is scarce. By installing hand pumps, we are reaching the unreached with a gift that changes lives.
We provide quick access to safe water, helping to prevent disease and protect lives. In the long term, we’re helping families live healthier, safer, and more dignified lives by meeting their basic water needs every day.
With every hand pump, hope flows, children stay in school, women are safer, and entire communities grow stronger.
The Gawahi Hope Centre in Sultanabad, Tando Allahyar, is more than just a building; it’s a place of hope and new beginnings for orphaned children. We offer freedom, dignity, and a chance for a better future.
At the Hope Centre, children receive safe shelter, healthy food, and quality education. But most importantly, they discover that they are valued and loved. With tutoring, care, and spiritual support, we help them dream big and move forward with confidence.
Here, forgotten children become future leaders, empowered, uplifted, and ready to shine.

At Gawahi, healthcare is at the heart of our mission. We have provided life-saving support to thousands of patients through free medical camps—delivering essential medicines, critical treatments, and emotional encouragement. Our dedicated team of doctors, lady health workers, midwives, and lab technicians work tirelessly to serve those in need with compassion and excellence.
To expand our impact, we launched the Gawahi Mobile Health Clinic, bringing medical care directly to remote and underserved areas across Pakistan. This initiative ensures that even those unable to travel receive professional checkups and treatment right at their doorsteps.
