Through these efforts, the Gawahi Education System continues to play a vital role in expanding access to education, empowering young learners, and contributing to long-term community development in Pakistan.
On November 15, 2015, the Gawahi Education System marked a significant milestone in its commitment to improving access to quality education in underserved communities across Pakistan. The initiative focuses on providing educational opportunities in areas where access to modern education has historically been limited.
The Gawahi Education System is actively operating in several regions, particularly in interior Sindh, Karachi, and Chaman, where many communities face challenges in accessing quality educational resources. In these areas, Gawahi has introduced English-medium education, representing the first opportunity for many children in these regions to receive this form of education in more than 70 years.
The mission of the Gawahi Education System is to support children from disadvantaged backgrounds who often struggle to meet even their basic needs. By providing access to structured learning environments, trained teachers, and quality academic programs, the initiative aims to open doors to better opportunities and brighter futures for these students.
Currently, the Gawahi Education System is providing education to 1,360 students across five registered higher schools in Pakistan. In addition, the organization supports 250 early childhood students enrolled in five early-childhood education centers across Sindh, ensuring that younger children receive foundational learning during the most important stages of their development.
